Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. White-Label Software & Third-Party Infrastructure

BlueLead operates as a white-label reseller of third-party SaaS infrastructure. Certain features, functionality, security controls, and system availability are provided by underlying technology partners. BlueLead is not responsible for outages, interruptions, or limitations caused by third-party infrastructure beyond our reasonable control.

Customer Data & User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any data, content, communications, or information you upload, process, or transmit through the Services, including information related to your own customers. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to collect and process such data. BlueLead acts as a data processor for customer data and does not control the content or legality of information submitted by users.

Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. Pricing and plans may change with notice.

Free Trial & Money-Back Guarantee

BlueLead may offer a free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of your initial paid subscription, we will issue a refund regardless of usage, performance, or subjective results. Refund eligibility is not dependent on meeting any minimum performance threshold. Refunds apply only to initial subscription fees and do not cover third-party costs, usage-based charges, or add-on services where applicable.

Acceptable Use & Communications

The Services may enable automated emails, text messages, calls, and other communications. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all communications sent through the platform comply with applicable laws, including consent and opt-in requirements. BlueLead does not assume responsibility for user-generated communications or their compliance with regulations.

Intellectual Property

BlueLead retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, design, branding, and proprietary technology. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the platform. You retain ownership of your data and content submitted through the Services, subject to our limited rights to process such data to operate the platform.

Service Availability & Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueLead disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, results, or performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueLead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BlueLead in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a manner that poses legal or operational risk. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
